In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Our team works diligently to ensure your order is prepared and shipped promptly.
Processing times for custom orders vary from approximately 1 to 12 weeks, depending on the item. For more accurate lead times, please contact your sales representative before placing a custom order.
Shipping Methods:
For individual boxes, we offer various shipping methods such as UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and Canpar. For pallet shipments, we will select the most efficient trucking company based on the destination route. We also work with select carriers to accommodate rush orders. For the local shipping rate discount a minimum order of $150.00 is required.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view shipping costs during checkout before finalizing your purchase.
